The Working Group on Rebuilding the Gulf Coast is a professional colloquium of scholars and advocates in the area of regional development and social justice.  You are invited to see the results of their discussions and research on our Responses to Hurricane Katrina page.   The  Online File Cabinet for Document Sharing  is for colloquium members only, to share documents in development.    (user name, password and Internet Explorer required) Instructions: 1.  The Global Filing Cabinet uses pop-up windows to accomplish its tasks. Please adjust any popup-blocker software you may have installed on your computer to allow the program to display its popup windows. Most Popup Blockers have a feature you can click to "allow popups from this site."  Please activate that feature for the Metro Equity site. 2.  You can access this page directly thru www.metroequity.net/files/ 3.  Log in with user name and password is required. 4. After logging in, to upload a file, click the UPLOAD button, then browse to locate the file you want to upload and double-click on the filename. 5. To view a file without saving it on your hard drive, click on the file name.  (Large files may take a few seconds to a few minutes to download, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.) 6. To download a file to your hard drive, for later viewing and/or editing, click on the green  DOWNLOAD button, and select the location on your hard drive where you want to save the file. 7.
